Wizz Air To Launch New Route Between Budapest And Baku

Chairman and Chief executive of Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. József Váradi announced that Wizz Air would launch its new route between Budapest and Baku, Azerbaijan on 17 June with two regular flights every week, adding that they expect to transport 30,000 passengers in the first year.
State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó emphasized that the launching of the new route between Budapest and Baku is the latest success of the Opening towards the East policy and the direct connection will facilitate the further development of economic relations between the two countries.
