Dr Ryan James's Weight Loss Class Now In Budapest
For those disenchanted with gimmick diets and workout programs promising quick and sustainable weight loss, there might just be a less common, but more fruitful strategy to consider. In 1997, Dr. Ryan James as a licensed social worker and a former group leader of the local Weight Watchers organization in Modesto (CA) set out on a mission to create a strictly mental health oriented program for overeaters. His many years of involvement among people fighting obesity led to the epiphany that as long as the underlying factors of overeating remain unresolved, people will continue to struggle with weight loss.

Putting his 6 years of experience as a WW group leader and his own success story of maintaining a 60 pounds weight loss into use, Dr. James launched the "Who’s the Fat on Me?" group therapy. He could not have wished for a more successful turnout or better results. Dr. James feels certain that the time has come to introduce his mental health program to the English speaking community of Budapest.

The question may arise: “How can group therapy help someone lose weight?” It needs to be noted that this is not a weight loss program, but a strictly mental health related group therapy, which targets to dig deep and identify the emotional triggers responsible for one’s insatiable appetite. Regardless of their efforts to lose weight, dieters often gain back not only the original, but an additional weight as well.

People usually blame their excessive eating habits on genetics or the love of food, while suppressing the real emotional triggers is what really precipitates overeating. The reason why these sessions turned out to be so productive for overeaters is the objective of uncovering and eliminating the psychological blocks preventing a successful and sustainable weight loss. As one becomes aware of the underlying factors eliciting their eating responses, losing and maintaining weight will no longer be a problem.

Applicants (fluent English speakers over 21) can choose to enroll in one of two concurrent groups, consisting of 5 to 9 members, starting this September. Participants will attend 8 two-hour-long therapeutic sessions and as a bonus, they will also be eligible to attend a special exercise class at the Marriott World Class Gym for free.

Those determined to finally rid their excess weight for good can find all the necessary information about the program and registration on Dr. Ryan James’ website Renovation of a Life.
