Robert Capa Exhibition On Budapest Metro
Kossuth prize-winner Géza D. Hegedűs and famous Hungarian performer Péter Gerendás opened the 20th century Robert Capa exhibition on Friday 13 September at Határ út metro station of line 3.

It is the 100-year anniversary of the great photojournalist, who is not only a Hungarian pride, but thanks to the UNESCO recommendation, he will be commemorated around the whole world.

The official exhibition in Budapest will be held by the Hungarian National Museum from September 18, where Capa’s best war photographs will be shown. Until then people can get a taste of some of the fantastic works of his on the trains of Metro2 and Metro3.
