Invitation: Impro Café Budapest, Átrium Film Theatre, 21 November
A café is a special place, on the one hand it is an everyday place full of average people. On the other a place full of expectation and extraordinary possibility. We sit in cafés and bars and wonder what is happening at the other tables; the awkward couple, a single person, the waiter's wasted life, the routines of a shaking leg, texting, stirring, smoking.

So, what is really going on behind these public activities? With the special psycho impro intuition built up over more than 12 years of improvisation the Scallabouche will lead you into the private lives of others in the café around you and if you are chosen even yourself and explore the outrageous possibilities of the everyday, a chance meeting that will change a life, engaging an assassin, the start or the end of a journey.

When you arrive to Impro Café Budapest it will be empty, waiting for you to fill it with your ideas, your own selves and those café images that sparkle our curiosity. Each month the virtual location of the Café changes. You can even influence the place, send photos, stories, news and bring objects. We also will prepare the mood of the Café bringing our own research; at the end you go away having taken part in a slice of your own improvised Budapest cafe life.
