Long Empty Culture Complex Opens In Budapest
- 13 Nov 2013 6:00 AM

Deputy mayor Gábor Bagdy said the striking new centre, designed by Dutch architect Klaas Oosterhuis, could be “Budapest’s Eiffel Tower”.
