Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén will represent Hungary at the state memorial ceremony of the late South African President Nelson Mandela in Pretoria on Tuesday, the head of the Prime Minister’s Press Office said. Nobel-laureate Mandela died in his family home in Johannesburg on Thursday evening local time.
