Linked to the celebration of St. Vincent Martyr Day, the organizers revive the traditional grape cutting and Vincent Day toast drinking. The venue of the first National Assembly has been host to ’Bországgyűlés’, where representatives of Hungarian wine regions introduce, confrérie and other organizations discuss their plans for the future in a course of a professional conference.
