Annual Premium Plan

1 – FirstMed’s Premium Plan offers you the following benefits

2 visits per month for unrelated medical needs plus unlimited follow up visits as medically indicated by a FirstMed physician for each medical need – Additional visits beyond the 2 per month will be billed at HUF 9,500 per visit.
Preventative checks, such as the annual health maintenance examination, are covered
Specialist care and diagnostics at FirstMed are included at no extra cost
35% discount entitlement on other FirstMed partner services

2 – The Premium Plan includes the following on-site medical services

Primary Care: consultations with Family Practitioners/GPs, Internal Medicine Specialists, Gynecologists
Specialist consultations – if medically indicated – with
Allergist
Cardiologist
Dermatologist
Ophthalmologist
Radiologist
Urologist
Neurologist
Orthopedist/Traumatologist
ENT

Should you need a specialist consultation, before making an appointment please inquire at our reception if they are in-house or outside consultants. Outside consultants are not covered under the Premium Plan.

Diagnostics – if medically indicated – including on-site x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, laboratory tests.
One occasion per year of each of the services below

Dental check-up
Physical Therapy treatment
Psychiatrist consultation
Nutritionist consultation
Outpatient surgeries at FirstMed (one instance of the following):
mole and wart removal
schlerotherapy
lipoma, abscess, furunculus, folliculitis, and haemorrhoid – thrombectomy (simple procedures)
Permits and licenses: work and residence permit medical exams, driving license examination
Preventative exams: annual gyn. exam (including Pap smear, vaginal culture, physical breast exam, mammography), annual health maintenance exam, school and sport physical exams, and travel consultation.

3 – Exclusions and additional charges

All medical services not mentioned above are not included in the price of the plan. The exclusions are not limited to the list below:

After hours outpatient visits require an additional charge of HUF 5,000 per visit.
Hospital care
ENG/EMG diagnostics
CT scan/MRI diagnostics
Ambulance transportation and home visits
Dental care (outside of the one annual check)
Infertility and assisted fertilization treatments
Medications, vaccinations and medical supplies (i.e. bandages, crutches, casts and splint application, etc)
Laser treatments and bone density screening
Therapeutic massage
Immunotherapy
Prenatal care
Conditions arising from drug abuse, alcoholism or sexually transmitted diseases

4 – Please note!

When purchasing the Plan you will be required to fill in a Credit Card Authorization form that serves as a payment guarantee for FirstMed. The information given on the form will be kept strictly confidential.

The services provided or arranged by FirstMed, which are not included in the scope of the Premium Plan, may involve significant costs. Please inquire about the prices prior to the treatment.

Plan holders are entitled to a 35% discount on selected outside medical consultations, exams and surgeon fees organized and billed by FirstMed.

FirstMed is not responsible organizing appointments, if the patient decides to pay at the place of service. However we can still provide contact information of outside consultant or facility.
