- 3 Mar 2014 8:00 AM
GDF Suez has sold its 24.4% minority stake in power station Dunamenti Erõmû to the MET group on February 27, the French company announced on Friday.
MET Power, partly owned by MOL, is providing a subordinated loan to Dunamenti, which creates a good possibility of saving nearly 100 jobs at the power station, Suez added.
MET Power is owned by MET Holding, in which MOL has a 40% stake and offshore companies 60%. Both MET companies are registered in Switzerland.
