Daily Budapest-Dubai Flight To Be Launched By Emirates

Emirates airways will offer direct, daily flights between Budapest’s Liszt Ferenc Airport and Dubai International Airport starting on October 27, the foreign ministry said in a statement on Monday. The statement quoted state secretary Péter Szijjártó as saying that the move was of “key importance”.
The United Arab Emirates is one of Hungary’s most important partners in the Arab world, and small and medium-sized enterprises could greatly benefit from direct access, the state secretary said.
Szijjártó and representatives of Emirates announced in March that the company would set up a customer centre in Budapest, and create 300 new jobs in the city.
According to information from airport manager Budapest Airport, Emirates will fly A330 Airbus planes between Budapest and Dubai, with 278 seats each.
