Autumn’s Harmony Moved To New York Café Budapest

Chestnut, pumpkin, lentils – these are the ingredients of autumn-winter that our chef -András Wolf – represents to your plates with his great creativity. You can find on our menu the lamb, the knuckle with „pásztor” style flow pelletts and the pikeperch, too.
Teaser of the new menu:
• Lamb ragout soup with tarragon
• Home marinated salmon fillet served with parsnip purée and parsley flavoured tapioca pearls
• Roasted fillet of pike served with red pepper puree and lentils salad with balsamic vinegar
• Chestnut flavoured bavarois with sour cherry jelly (gluten free dessert)
• Sour cream mousse with peanut
The new feature of the menu is that we have already prepared a child menu for the younger ones and we also think of the people who would like to pick their lunch menu by themselfs.
In addition the New York Café is still waiting for those who love early - as we say in the vernacular: royal - breakfast. They can select from the counter and form the wide range of bio corner as they please.
