Hungary’s Jobbik Demands Govt Action On All Entry Bans

Jobbik demands resolute action from the government in response to all cases of an entry ban by foreign countries affecting Hungarians, the radical nationalist party’s deputy leader said. István Szávay noted that several politicians of Jobbik had recently been banned from entering Romania and Ukraine without explanation.
Szávay insisted that the Hungarian foreign ministry was only addressing such bans if they prevented officials from entering the US.
He suggested that the government left politicians promoting the interests of Hungarian communities in neighbouring countries unprotected, and called the procedure “outrageous”.
