Hungarian Court Orders Website Content Removed
An unspecified court has ordered the deletion of articles denying the Holocaust posted on far-right website kuruc.info, Kossuth Rádió reported on Wednesday.

The article posted in July 2013 calls into question the horrific acts committed at the Auschwitz death camp.

An investigation failed to find the author or the person who posted it.

The article violates a ban on denial of crimes by Hungary’s communist and fascist regimes.

This is the first time that a Hungarian court has ordered that content be removed from the internet.
