Slipknot Concert, Budapest Aréna, 5 February
- 2 Feb 2015 8:10 AM
SLIPKNOT's frontman Corey Taylor muses; "For this tour, we decided to try and hit as many places as we could. We're coming back for the people who started this for us: that would be YOU. Prepare yourselves... Hell is coming."
SLIPKNOT is one of the most successful metal bands from the last 15 years; they are well known for their attention-grabbing image, aggressive music style, and energetic and chaotic live shows. The members wear matching uniforms, have unique masks respectively and have aliases that are simply numbers.
Vocalist Taylor had this to say when questioned about the masks: "It's our way of becoming more intimate with the music. It's a way for us to become unconscious of who we are and what we do outside of music."
Throughout their career, SLIPKNOT have developed their image, changing their uniforms and each member's mask accordingly with the release of each album.
The incendiary band's first new music in over six years, the fiercely anticipated, '5; The Gray Chapter' is set for release on 20th October and can be pre-ordered at iTunes and Amazon.
SLIPKNOT's visually arresting, chaotic, spectacular shows often become the stuff of legend, so with all new masks and production, these events are essential! Check out the band's new look in their chilling video for 'The Devil In I' HERE.
Extra VIP Packages - Early Entry, Hot Ticket and Meet & Greet packages - are also available.
For this BudapestArena show a limited number of Front Of Stage tickets are also available, as well as normal standing tickets and 3 different categories of seating tickets.
