Hungary & More EU States Oppose Refugee Quotas

Twelve EU members have indicated that they will not accept the European Commission proposal to distribute refugees among the EU states in a quota system. French President Francois Hollande said immigration quotas are out of the question, as economic migrants cannot remain in Europe.
Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka joined Hungary’s Viktor Orbán in saying that the EU should not decide which country receives how many refugees.
