Hungarian Croatian Border Nearly Sealed
Police and soldiers are preparing to close the Hungarian-Croatian border, but the Interior Ministry would neither confirm nor deny a report that the border will be sealed today. There is little possibility of this closure happening today, the newspaper adds, as soldiers are still working on the fence in two places.

Elsewhere, Gyékényes mayor Szabolcs Jankó said everything is ready to close the gap in the green frontier on the border with Croatia at the local train station.

The fence builders have only left a narrow, two-metre opening where police accompany migrants arriving from Croatia to the Zákány railway station, he said.
