World Class Culinary Treasure: Truffle In Corso Restaurant
With the help of specialist József Szakács and his best friend Torda, a Hungarian vizsla, InterContinental's chef and team collected lots of truffles for the kitchen.



Check out the special menu created by our executive chef Gergő Gullner based on this hidden mountain treasure:

* Celery cream soup with truffle

* Pan seared foie gras, calvados apple and white truffle

* Autumn vegetable salad, truffled poached egg, bresaola ham

* Slow braised beef cheek with mashed potatos, leek fondue and truffle jus

* Pheasant and truffle ravioli in its own consommé

* Semolina pudding with apricot ragout and white truffle
