New Café In Budapest Run By Physically Handicapped

State secretary for social inclusion Károly Czibere on Wednesday opened a café run entirely by physically handicapped people. He said initiatives such as these cafés can help people often forced into isolation to receive a genuine opportunity to become members of society living a full life.
