Two Girls Found Unconscious At Music Fest
Two girls were found unconscious in the dressing room of the Canadian electronic duo DVBBS at the Balaton Sound Festival on Saturday evening. The two had been watching the concert from the front row when the two members invited them onstage and then to their dressing room.

Festival staff later found the young women unconscious and called an ambulance. They were taken to hospital for observation.

Siófok police said they detained four foreigners on Sunday after finding what appeared to be illegal substances.

The two members of DVBBS were detained and released by police, then flew out of Budapest airport on Sunday. They have cancelled their appearance at next month’s Sziget Festival.

They issued a statement saying in part that “police confirmed that there is no connection between us and what happened, that is why we proceeded a few hours later to our concert in Ibiza”.

Some 157,000 people bought tickets for the Balaton Sound festival which ended on Sunday, 12,000 more than last year.
