Barking will definitely not operate in the grey economy, and has requested preliminary comments from the tax authority on the contracts it plans to sign with private car park operators, said country manager Balázs Tóth.

Until this opinion is received, Barking will only contract with companies and legal entities that are operating car parks.

The app is downloaded about 40 times a day in Budapest, despite the absence of any advertising, Tóth said.
