Hungarian Singer Presser Reaches Settlement With American Rapper

West sampled the tune for about 90 seconds on his song “New Slaves” released in 2013.
West originally gave Presser $10,000, but the songwriter refused to cash the cheque.
Presser sued West in a US court, seeking $2.5 million, but eventually the two parties reached an agreement for an undisclosed sum.
Presser said neither party nor their lawyers may comment on the settlement.
