LMP co-president Bernadett Szél said Monday evening that LMP’s foundation Okopolish had rented the space of 150 billboards during the summer and paid Ft 12 million from its own budget without drawing a loan.

Based on real market conditions Jobbik’s billboards should have amounted to at least Ft 2 billion to cover 2,000 to 2,500 billboards.

Press reports speculated that the personal responsibility and possible dismissal of party president Gábor Vona within Jobbik had been considered for “bringing the party together with Simicska, into a corruption-related case”.
