Fidesz Oligarch-In-Exile Lajos Simicska Vandalizes Own Property To Make A Point

(The exact word he used is “geci,” vulgar Hungarian slang for semen. However, as its English equivalent failed to adequately convey the magnitude of Simicska’s disdain for the prime minister, we settled on “f*cker.”-ed.)
The Orbán-Simicska feud signaled the businessman’s fall from grace. Thereafter, his companies’ uncanny knack for winning lucrative public procurements came to an end, and his vast formerly pro-government media empire ceased being the main recipient of profitable state advertising.
But one man’s loss is another man’s gain. Lowly gas-pipe fitter turned business mogul Lőrinc Mészáros took Simicska’s place and, within a few short years, became one of the richest men in Hungary with holdings in nearly every sector, ranging from energy to constructing, and agriculture to publishing.
Two and a half years after the feud became public, Simicska is back at it again. Late last night he vandalized a kiosk owned by his company with the following: “Orbán is a f*cker.”
Shortly after vandalizing his own property, Simicska was stopped by police and asked for his identification papers.
Helyi Valász, an online news outlet reportedly indirectly owned by Simicska, posted pictures of the incident on Facebook with the caption: “Lajos Simicska went to work last night. He was quickly stopped by police.”
