Dr. Arne Gobert, President of the German Business Club in Hungary (DMC) :

Following the great success of the previous years we will pursue the German Business Ball also this year with numerous guests of honours and speakers from Hungary and abroad.

As the work of the German Business Club has always been and will always be governed by the ideal of German-Hungarian friendship, on the festive occasion of the Ball we will award exceptional people anew with the “DWC Prize of German-Hungarian Friendship” for their long and tireless work to further strengthen the relations between the countries and its peoples.

The nurturing of this relationship and friendship provides the framework for our elegant and entertaining evening, seasoned with cultural programmes and modern dance music.

The top-grade entertainment will be provided by Szabina Schnöller, one of this year’s star guests, who will perform a wide repertoire of opera, operetta and songs.

Furthermore, we will have the great pleasure to listen to the unique young pianist Boros Misi, who won the Hungarian talent show for classical music “Virtuózok” in 2014. The programme will be accompanied by modern dance music from Cool Miners Band.

During the Ball the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest will ensure that our guest can not only enjoy the cultural programme but savour a delicious Menu as well. The distinguished Hungarian wines will be provided again by Sauska.
