Demand For Homes Soars In Hungary
The number of inquiries for home sales was 84% higher in the first three weeks of January than one year earlier, real estate website Ingatlan.com announced.

Inquires for properties sold by agents were up by 56% and information requests for rental units were 105% higher.

Although January 2018 was a weak month, the increase in demand is significant and the supply has not kept up, Ingatlan.com added.

Most of the demand is concentrated in Budapest and large cities.

The average length of the sale process is 80 days in Budapest and 113 days in other cities.
