Free Film Marathon Comes To Budapest

The connection between film and music will be at the centre of the 3rd Budapest Classical Film Marathon, where some 100 films will be screened free of charge for eight days beginning September 4.
The 30th anniversary of the fall of communism in Hungary will also be remembered during the marathon with restored versions of films from the era.
Screenings will take place at several cinemas in Budapest as well as outside the Szent István Basilica.
French actor Pierre Richard will be a guest of honour.
