Hungarian Railway Company To Sell Lake Balaton Resorts
The state railway company MÁV is selling its Lake Balaton resorts, according to online auction lists of the state asset manager MNV.

The starting price for the abandoned facility in Balatonlelle is Ft 250 million. The location is only 30 meters from the shore.

The MÁV resort in Balatonkenese, which is separated from the lake by the main road and the railroad, has not been used for 12-15 years. Its asking price is Ft 170 million.

Bids for the properties must be filed November 18-20.
