It was an innovative French pastry chef (in the late 1800’s) who came up with the recipe.
The Pastry Team creates each year a special Christmas log cake.
This year it is a very light and moist cake that seems just melt in your mouth. Dark chocolate with macadam nuts, light lychee mousse, rose essence and a thin layer of raspberry jelly.
