The concept will position the space as a standalone, modern Hungarian restaurant, in line with contemporary tastes for local provenance that offers an authentic, independent feel and a relaxed, casual vibe.

One of the main elements of the design is the amazing panorama that DNB Budapest offers. As for the new the farm to table concept showcasing the Hungarian produce and celebrate the different wine regions of the country.

The idea was implemented by Roland Varga restaurant chef, who recently joined the DNB Budapest’s team.

With the new restaurant concept, DNB Budapest will offer the modern tastes and flavors of Hungary in a stand-alone facility with 210 seats plus its terrace with a spectacular view on the Danube. The menu will change four times a year following the seasons.

The name of the new restaurant was inspired by the DANUBE (DNB) river which is symbolic element in the exterior of the restaurant.
