Hungary is the region’s best place to invest, according to American magazine Site Selection, which has awarded the country top spot on its global Best to Invest rankings for the third time in a row.

Hungary’s ranking shows that investors trust in Hungary and the “talent and hard work” of Hungarians, Tamás Menczer (pictured on top), state secretary of the foreign ministry, said.

The Hungarian investment agency, which steered 101 investments to the country last year, creating 13,500 jobs, is listed as the region’s best agency, he added.
