Hungarian Police Detain Receptionist Selling Vaccination Certificates
The police have detained a doctor’s receptionist and two other women believed to have sold coronavirus immunity certificates to unvaccinated people, the Budapest police headquarters said on its website on Wednesday.

Two of the suspects were recruiting prospective clients, while the third suspect entered the clients in the national register as vaccinated.

The three charged 60,000 forints (EUR 169) for each certificate.

A search of the three suspects’ homes revealed several million forints, over 1,100 completed registration forms, mobile phones, laptops, and a doctor’s official stamp, the police said.
