Deák Bill Gyula is not only recognized nationally but internationally as a singer and musician. For his outstanding example in enriching universal human values, he has been awarded the Knight's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit.
The upcoming concert promises to be very exciting, embracing the music of previous years, adorned with their most distinctive compositions such as "Rossz vér," "Kőbánya blues," "Felszarvazottak balladája," and the character Torda from "István a Király" resurrected.
"We are preparing for the concert with songs where the chord progressions take on a bit of a bluesy tint. In addition, we plan some duets to properly pay tribute to Bill's musical legacy." - said Caramel.
Caramel's presence at the concert will be an additional musical treat, allowing the audience to experience the harmonious encounter of light melodies and deep emotions.
Organisers are are pleased to announce that Caramel will be the special guest at Deák Bill Gyula's 75th-anniversary concert on November 18 at the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna.
Caramel is one of the outstanding figures in the Hungarian music scene, reigning over the national pop music scene for nearly two decades. Sold-out arena concerts, platinum and gold records attest to the brilliance of his career, with over 100 million people having listened to his compositions.
He has received numerous accolades, including three Fonogram Awards and the Máté Péter Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2018. Once again, he will captivate the audience with his uplifting personality and wonderful voice.
