Orbán Called by UK's Lord Cameron, Invites Swedish PM for Meeting
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has talked by phone with British foreign secretary of state, David Cameron, the prime minister’s press chief said.

Concerning the talks, Cameron said on social media that they had focused on Sweden’s NATO integration and aid for Ukraine.

"We must maintain support for Ukraine and protect its future security. I discussed this with Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán today, alongside the importance of Sweden’s swift accession to NATO, making Allies safer, NATO stronger and the Euro-Atlantic area more secure”, read the UK Foreign Secretary’s Twitter post.

Orbán Invites Swedish PM to Visit Hungary to Discuss NATO

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has invited Ulf Kristersson, his Swedish counterpart, to visit to Hungary, the PM’s press office said on Tuesday. The talks will focus on Sweden’s NATO integration and strengthening bilateral relations “through a deepening of mutual trust”, the statement said.

"Today I sent an invitation letter to Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson @SwedishPM for a visit to Hungary to negotiate on Sweden’s NATO accession," Orbán posted on Twitter.
