Pilot Project: Fresh Corner Café Opens in Budapest's Nyugati Station
MOL’s Fresh Corner café brand has opened a new outlet at Budapest’s Nyugati train station, marking another step in the company’s push beyond its filling-station network.

Péter Ratatics, MOL’s managing director for consumer services, said the move builds on earlier ventures, including bistro cars on InterCity trains to Lake Balaton and a small shop at Déli railway station.

He described the Nyugati unit as a pilot project that could “open new horizons in domestic passenger service”.

Fresh Corner, MOL’s retail and gastronomic concept, is marking its tenth anniversary this year.
