Net sales revenue rose 21pc to HUF 11.9bn. Domestic sales reached HUF 1.8bn, while the Italian business generated turnover of HUF 6.5bn and revenue in Poland came to HUF 3.5bn.

EBITDA rose 36pc to HUF 1.8bn. Duna House noted that EBITDA growth was driven by core segments, which increased by HUF 886m, while the contribution of other segments decreased by HUF 409m due to large scale handovers of real estate development projects in the base period.

Earnings per share came to HUF 29.6.

Duna House's management said they are confident that the year will close with results exceeding the targets set for this year.

Clean core EBITDA instead of the guidance of HUF 6.0-7.0bn is expected to close in the range of HUF 7.2-7.7bn, and after-tax profits instead of the guidance of HUF 2.9-3.6bn is expected to close in the range of HUF 4.2-4.6bn.
