GVH found in a probe that One Magyarorszag's legal predecessor, Vodafone Magyarország, had failed to properly inform consumers about the application of inflation-linked tariff adjustments between October 2022 and May 2024.

Advertisements at the time suggested subscribers who renewed their loyalty contracts would pay the same tariffs for the contract term, the watchdog said.
