Investment Insight: FDI Inflow to Hungary Edges Down in 2025
Hungary took 16th place among European foreign direct investment locations last year, according to the latest EY European Attractiveness Survey, published on Thursday.

The country attracted seventy-three investment projects, down from eighty a year earlier.

Investments were clearly dominated by major developments, with an average of 300 jobs announced per project, Robert Esik, EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Leader, Global Location Services + Incentives, said.
