Hungary’s Rio Gold Medalists To Receive Huf 35m In Prize Money

Hungarian Olympic athletes who bring home a gold medal from Rio de Janeiro will receive 35 million forints (EUR 111,800) in prize money from the state, the tabloid Bors reported. Silver medalists will get 25 million forints and bronze medalists 20 million, the paper said.

The Balaton Cross-Swimming will be organized on Saturday 2 July. More than 5,000 people have registered for the swimming event which will cover a 5.2 kilometre distance between Révfülöp in the north and Balatonboglár in the south.
