Gordon Bajnai will top the opposition E-PM party alliance’s list of candidates for the European parliamentary elections, the party’s officials told a press conference. Benedek Jávor, co-chairman of the opposition Dialogue for Hungary (PM), will be second on the list, but Bajnai would not take a seat in the EP, Jávor would be the first to become an MEP, if elected.

ATV, citing unnamed Socialist sources, said the Israeli election expert would be involved in neither the European parliamentary election campaign nor the autumn local election.
