The Hungarian State Opera is again offering more than 2000 programmes in the new season. The Hungarian Season will feature pieces by countless major Hungarian composers, choreographers and directors. In addition to the 28 opera and ballet premieres being added to the enormous classical repertoire, the season will also include a steady stream of musicals, grand operettas, concerts, talk programmes ...

Join us on March 16th on Szabadság tér from 14:00 and participate in St Patrick’s Day parade. Since 2011 the event has been growing and attracting more and more followers. It is a great family day and last year, despite the cold weather, we had over 1400 people join the fun.
National Philharmonic’s Open Air Beethoven Concerts In Martonvásár, Hungary

It has been 55 years since the first concert was given in the grounds of Martonvásár Manor House, the former residence of the Brunszvik family, under age-old lime trees only 32 km from Budapest. Besides the National Philharmonic these concerts feature excellent artists from Hungary and abroad.
