Close to 400 programmes will be organised by Hungary in 2017 to mark the 500th anniversary of Reformation in Europe. The series of events opened in Budapest’s Palace of Arts (Müpa) on January 6. Throughout 2017 a variety of performances are planned, such as a rock version of Handel’s oratorio Messiah.

Hungarian wines have fetched several prizes at Asia Wine Trophy in South Korea, which is the largest wine expo in Asia, the foreign ministry said.
