The Bridging Europe arts festival will focus on German culture during its four-day programme starting on Sept. 10 this year. The festival organised for the second time by the Palace of Arts and the Budapest Festival Orchestra seeks to find connections between Hungarian culture and the cultures of other countries through music. An international social and educational trip dubbed Freedom Express, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the fall of Communism in Europe, is to arrive in Budapest on Wednesday.
