Revealed: What Online Shoppers in Hungary Increasingly Want
As age increases, so does the importance of being able to choose delivery times for online orders among Hungarian consumers, according to international research commissioned by smart logistics provider Dodo.

While about half of 18–29-year-olds prefer to select delivery times when ordering, nearly 60% of those over 30 share the same preference.

The study, conducted across the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, and Slovakia, found that most online shoppers in these countries expect webshops to offer time-based delivery options.

In Hungary, younger consumers aged 18–29 and 30–39 are less satisfied with home deliveries compared to those aged 40 and above, indicating that enhancing delivery service quality is especially important for these groups.

Similar trends were observed in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where younger generations are also less content with deliveries to home or workplace addresses than their older counterparts.
