The results of the 2025 Cake of Balaton contest have been revealed, with the top prize going to "Hableány" "Mermaid", a creation from Promenád Kávéház in Balatongyörök on the northern shore. To mark György Cziffra’s 104th birthday, the venue will be graced by three exceptional artists: tenor José Cura, coloratura soprano Erika Miklósa, and Kossuth Prize-winning pianist János Balázs, founder of the festival.
