It explores how photography can be both an instrument of surveillance and a tool to expose and challenge its negative impact. The annual Budapest Jewish Film Festival will begin on Thursday. Organised for the fourth time, the festival will present 13 fresh feature length films including two documentaries, most of which will be screened in Hungary for the first time, the organisers said.
