The Government expects students who are accepted to university or college to obtain a degree and declare their intention to work in Hungary in exchange for the full state financing of their education, Minister for Human Resources Zoltán Balog said on Sunday.

The aim is to boost mobile-phone coverage, as growth in mobile-internet usage is behind that of the EU average and the service is not accessible to 40% of the population, NMHH officials told on a conference.
