The European Festival Awards has just revealed the shortlist of the best festivals in several categories. Hungary’s central bank is all but certain to cut the base rate by another 20 basis points at its monetary policy meeting on Tuesday, London-based analysts have said. It appears more and more likely that its policy rate will be brought to below 3% by the end of its current easing cycle, they said on Monday.
