A police investigation into the bug found at the office of a Hungarian NGO has been ordered by the prosecutor’s office, reports Hungarian news website Nol.hu. The Eötvös Károly Institute, an NGO dealing with democracy and public affairs, announced on Facebook in May that they had discovered a bug in their office.

Hungary’s Constitutional Court has rejected complaints filed over the planned referendum on the European Union’s quota regime, two rulings published on the court’s website revealed on Thursday. All appeals on the referendum planned for October 2 have been rejected and there is no room for further appeal due to the expiration of the deadline, the court said.
