GVH established in a probe wound up in 2019 that Paradox Bahamas and two of its local distributors had banned passive exports and prohibited posting end-user prices online, as well as fixing prices.

Paradox Bahamas and one of the distributors, Power Biztonsagtechnikai, appealed the decision, and the court ordered a new probe. GVH's findings in the repeated probe matched those in the initial one.
