Britannica International School, a British style international school for pupils aged 5-18, has announced the acquisition of the freehold of the building it occupies at Kakukk u. 1-3. Budapest. The building was the former location of the American International School of Budapest who have been Britannica’s landlords for more than three years. The amount of the sale was not disclosed.

Szilvia Lubics of Hungary has won this year’s Spartathlon with an all time record for women. She ran 246 kilometers between Athens and Sparta in 28 hours, shaving an hour from her own record of two years before.
